Fajitas, takes some forethought (8-12 hours marinate) but every bit as good as the restaurant. Cut the steak thin, the thinner the better. I cut mine while still half frozen.

It varies depending on what's on sale. This one was flank, but I've used skirt, sirloin or even KC strip.
