A twist on an old classic:
Required:
Tortilla Chips
Cheese (of multiple kinds, sliced and maybe shredded)
Bacon
Microwave
Mortar and Pestle
1) Cook four slices of bacon in the microwave for 2:30. Maybe a bit more for it to be extra crispy (this crispiness will be important later). Put it aside until Step 5.
2) Create a good monolayer of tortilla chips onto the same plate used to microwave bacon, spread out to cover the plate.
3) Tear some slices of cheese to cover the tortilla chips. Maybe add additional cheddar and Parmesan cheese to fill in the gaps.
4) Microwave for 30 seconds.
5) Grind up the bacon from Step 1 in a mortar and pestle. It should be crispy enough that it can easily be ground into dust.
6) Sprinkle bacon dust onto microwaved nachos.
7) Enjoÿ.
