Actually made shrimp quesadillas for dinner at home last night. But they were small, limp sea shrimp. Not big gulfies.

Costco chicken enchiladas, first time, not half bad. Needed spice.

There's local Tex Mex place that I used to like but they have slipped in quality.  They sell what they call Fuzzy Dust...a mixture of various spices.  I keep that on hand to spice up any Mexican food I make or get elsewhere.  It's good on warmed up tortilla chips too.  I might not get food there any more but I will keep Fuzzy Dust in the cabinet.

Just bought a bottle, plus some Butt Burnin original. Thanks for turning me on.

Edit: Fuck, they only take PayPal. Will have to get the wife to buy it later.

Miso soup. I didn't have either Dashi or Bonita flakes, but I did have Knorr fish stock concentrate and that seemed to make a reasonably good substitute. I'm new to miso soup so I started with awase miso paste.
