Putting it in my mouth
RE: Putting it in my mouth
Impossible burger ,- this is the only plant-based meat substitute that I have tried that delivers. I probably don't want to know what's in them or how they're made. It's not something I would eat at home, but Mom cooked it so I will eat it and be glad.

Grilled boneless leg of lamb, that I scorched the outside of due to being distracted. Still, good enough to eat. That and some baked spuds.

NOT the Dalai Lama's tongue, but a salad that came out quite well, and a chicken tenderloin.

When I repeatedly look in the fridge, I’m not - as my mum used to suggest - hoping that something new magically appeared in there. I’m checking to see if my standards have fallen enough to eat whatever the fuck we have.

So…day old pork medallions in ginger sauce.
