Chicken, garlic & herb ravioli in tomato & basil pasta sauce with fresh shredded Romano on top. This was Target's store-brand fresh pasta. It was good.

Buffalo chicken wings. The sauce is a generic from the local grocery chain and at $2.69 a bottle, it's the perfect balance of heat and flavor. I need to learn not to be so heavy-handed with the spices, though. I used a bit too much garlic powder. But then, who doesn't like garlic?

I've got five more pounds of wings on hand, but I think I'll try something different next time.
