Plan for tomorrow....pasta salad and some BBQ chicken breasts in the crockpot. Simple...my favorite kind of cooking.

I picked up some Tilapia filets when I picked up my Amazon packages earlier. They're thawing for tomorrow. Planning to try out the McCormick's Nashville Hot seasoning I bought recently.

Made a batch of lamb spring rolls from a recipe in a local restaurant magazine. There were 20 of them and we're already down to the last eight. Nom!

Green curry chicken and Basmati rice. I used a lot more kaffir lime leaves tonight and it made a big difference. I haven't been using enough.

I got a thermomix MT6 blender/baker/dicer/steamer/scale/cooker/Sous Vide combo machine, plan to try to make Ratatouille with it this weekend.

MT6 is what is euphemistically called a multi-cooker. It is in reality an instrument of unconditional surrender to laziness and gadget worship. I hereby pronounce myself having unconditionally surrendered.
