I just had Parmesan encrusted tilapia, frozen, baked them in the oven. I covered the tilapia in Old Bay seasoning.

Four-cheese ravioli in Alfredo sauce with a garlic & herb seasoned chicken breast. The cheese in this ravioli was a grand step up from that I used in ravioli Alfredo the other night. This was Rana brand, which is a bit pricey. They don't sell the four-cheese ravioli in family-size bags. But I have some Rana ravioli labeled mozzarella ravioli which I'll try after I finish experimenting with the four-cheese ravioli.

I think I messed up. I made gnocchi alla Sorrentina, but I didn't think about how much food it would make. 12 ounces of gnocchi, 8 ounces of mozzarella, and 24 ounces of marinara is more food than I can eat in a single sitting. I hope I can reheat the leftovers.

I ordered a Nolan Ryan brand chuck roast but allowed for a substitution. I got a Nolan Ryan brand shoulder roast. Browned it and put it in the Crockpot with potatoes and carrots and spices. It was wonderful...the meat had great flavor and was so tender. We will eat leftovers now for a couple days. Not bad for a $7.00 cut of meat.

Pescado diabla, baby greens, potatoes and mushrooms/squash/carrot mix. With this dish, at most restaurants I'm disappointed at the heat level. Not today at this place.

Chicken tortelloni in marinara sauce. This was Whole Foods' sauce. It was good, but a bit thin.
