Shin ramyun noodles with Kewpie mayo, garlic, and cilantro. This hack calls for an egg, but I didn't have one, so it is what it is.

Brew Pub Jalapeno Popper pizza. Super thin crust, thin sauce of Asiago cheese, and topped with bacon crumbles and minced jalapeno. A bit too much jalapeno.

As best I can tell, fine. It wasn't as juicy as some of the turkey I have had at my sister's house, but it was fairly moist. I couldn't tell that there was any Cajun seasoning. On the whole, I needed to season it more.

I've got some standard herb brining stuff and two turkey breasts. I'll experiment a little more with those.

Ham, scalloped potatoes, and spicy baked beans.

The ham I got in my grocery order was a bit larger than we need. I will be sending some to my daughter for her family to enjoy instead of either wasting it or eating it every day for a week.
