Chicken ramen with gochujang. My current tub of gochujang is medium heat. I picked up a very hot tub today for when I finish the medium.

I made a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito for breakfast this morning (Homemade, I didn't cheat).  I also bought some Irish butter for scrambling eggs or for toast or sandwiches...so yummy.

I forgot to season my chicken before I put it in the oven. Oops. I'm a bit new at this.

In a few minutes I'll have barbecue chicken and vegetables. I'm finding that a large chicken breast takes considerably longer to cook than a lot of websites say.

I splurged a couple weeks ago and got some Boarshead turkey. It was marinated and baked in some sort of black pepper solution. Was good enough that I have gotten it two more times. This week I ordered one of their roast beef offerings and it is also very good.

It's a little pricey but it's not going to waste like other sandwich meats seem to around here, so I see it as a better investment.

Easy to make a whole grain sandwich with one or both meats and some pepper jack cheese.

Both meats are also good if I decide to make a quesadilla.

Panko encrusted chicken tenders. These were a good buy at Aldi, only $9.50 for a 3-pound box. I bought three more boxes.
