I got the noodles for homemade chicken noodle soup from Walmart. Now all I need are a rotisserie chicken, carrots, celery, and the time to do it.

I skipped dinner and had a protein bar and a slice of lemon cake. I took too long of a nap.

I purchased a 4-pound pack of fresh chicken wings earlier so that I could practice my knife work. I'm still working on mastering separating the wing tip and the flat, but about 3/4 of the way through, I hit my groove on separating the flat and the drummie. Now that I have a solid understanding of where that joint is, it should be no problem to separate the two pieces in the future. I think that's enough chicken wing eating for the week. Mastering the wing tip joint will have to wait until the next pack of fresh wings.
