Chipotle chicken salad sandwiches.

Not exactly a healthy day. A protein bar for breakfast, nothing for lunch, and now sandwiches for dinner. I've got a rotisserie chicken in the fridge, but I don't feel like preparing a full meal.

Rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Hats off to Target. This was the most tender and juicy rotisserie chicken that I've had yet.

One pan chicken and rice. I made some mistakes along the way, but it turned out fine. I think this will become a regular staple in my kitchen.

Pork chops and green beans. This allowed me to try the Worcestershire Pub Burger seasoning that I just bought. It's great on pork chops.
