A high protein, high calorie concoction I put together. I am almost down to 90 pounds. Every doctor gripes about it but has no suggestions as to how to improve appetite and gain weight.
I even tried gummies and just don't like them. So, I have to consume this like medicine and see if it helps after a few weeks.

I can find 38 bazillion things for appetite suppression and weight loss, but finding something that works for me to put weight on has been a losing battle. New year, new attempt to fluff up a bit.

Hehe Not your religion, not your problem. 

Wife made a leg of lamb roast and it finished two hours early. I'm going to take a slab off that bad boy in a few minutes, an hour ahead of "dinner time". I'm hungry now.
