I've restarted eating overnight oats each morning. It helps keep me regular and evens out the bumps in my diet.

Aldi sardines in mustard sauce. The sauce is good. The best I've found so far. But the sardines themselves are kind of mushy.

Season's sardines in oil. Definitely a very good sardine, but not every night has to be dinner at the Ritz.
