How can you mess up rice?
Undercooked, overcooked, poorly seasoned - lots of ways to fuck it up. My personal method is to start a pot of rice on the hob, then fall asleep on the sofa.
Nothing interrupts a nap like the stench of burnt enamel.

On intermittent fasting days, I only eat between 4-8pm, consuming the equivalent of a single large (for me) meal.
Today's was/is a scrambled egg, half an English muffin with butter and jam, overnight oats, fresh fruit, and finishing off with homemade mushroom soup.
