Spaghetti in marinara sauce, with a hot Italian sausage and freshly grated Grana Padano cheese.

This was Aldi's mid-priced Priano gourmet marinara. I was a bit nonplussed about the ingredients including soybean oil and sugar, but the taste was well-balanced. I like it.

In addition to the marinara, Aldi's Priano gourmet sauce line includes a four-cheese sauce. I'll have to try it. I also bought a jar of their premium marinara.

Aldi tri-color three-cheese tortellini in Aldi pumpkin & butternut squash pasta sauce with freshly grated Grana Padano. Delicious. Their fall sauces are a luxury at $4 a jar, but they eventually clear them at $1 a jar at the end of the season when I can stock up.

I need to run to Target because I'm running low on salt. Target sells small wedges of Parmigiano Reggiano and Sarvecchio for less than TJ's blocks, so I can grab one or both.
