The best evidence of God's existence are the incredibly great lives of His most ardent believers, which are the canonized saints of the Catholic Church.

You mean like Saint George when he killed that dragon - boy, was that incredible, or when St. Christopher carried baby Jesus over the river.

But the truth is most of the saints never existed and were just made up by Christians (lies, lies, and more lies)

Quote:St. Veronica
Ordinary people came to mangle the words “vera icon” into “Veronica.” In due course, “Veronica” came to refer, no longer to the cloth, but to the name of the woman who obtained it from Jesus.

St. Euphrosyne
It seems that medieval folk were fascinated by women successfully impersonating men to elevate their status in the sight of God. Modern scholarship dismisses Euphrosyne’s story as pious fiction and even concludes that St. Euphrosyne never existed.

St. Catherine Of Alexandria, St. Barbara, St. Alexius Of Rome, St. Eustace, St. George, St. Christopher...

And so on

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Let's talk about great saints like St. John Bosco who turned thousands of juvenile delinquent boys into productive citizens  without using punishment as a tool.  This is truly an amazing feat.  And he did it through love, calm reasoned discussion,  the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and the Eurcharist.

And that's why Salesians of Don Bosco have the biggest numbers of child molesters in their order than any other order in the Catholic Church

Are you going to find fallible humans who sometimes do bad things  in the Salesians? Yes.  As you would in every organization.

But if you were to conduct an analysis, I would wager 99% of child molesters are NOT practicing Christians (as measured by weekly church attendance).

Ask yourself why leftwing CNN is not looking for pedophiles, in, say, the government public schools.  Answer:  Because it doesn't further their anti-Catholic anti-Christian pro-Marxist agenda.

Ah, whataboutism. The thing is that when some teacher rapes a child in a public school that teacher gets fired and locked up in prison, he/ she is not protected by other teachers, the principal of the school, and even the Secretary of Education like it is in the Catholic Church where pedophile priests are protected by other priests, bishops and even the pope. They almost never go to jail because in most countries Catholic Church is untouchable.

Nonsense.  If a priest is convicted of molestation, the RCC can't and wouldn't try to keep him out of jail.

If I'm doing whataboutism, then you're singling out one group over all others.

The public schools also moved teachers around 40 years ago before the extent of pedophilia's harm and recidivism was fully known.  But different from the RCC,  public school molestations are increasing  to this day.  And also unlike the RCC, molesting teachers can get teaching jobs in other parts of the country.

I literally just showed you a video of a pedophile priest doing whatever he wants and nobody can do anything to him because RCC protects him.

Here's another video about a bunch of pedo priests who were never held accountable for their crimes because RCC protects them

Sure we've seen this before.  30- or 40-year old allegations.  Most of the priests now dead.  RCC in America started banning gays from seminaries in 2005, and that basically eliminated the molestations.  Too bad we can't say the same for the government public schools.  The left seems uninterested in reporting about their GROWING pedo problem.

And sorry if the police in remote African CAR aren't up to the job.  But then again, CNN is talking about rumors.

Well, that’s about the silliest thing I’ve ever heard my my life. Thanks for the chuckle. Keep chugging on little choo-choo.
