He hasn’t been charged ( but with any luck at all, he will be). From the article:

This problem isn't bound by politics as I am quite sure you are well aware of.

Sexual harrassment is a bigger problem with far more powerful forces behind it than Donald Trump, and you would have to be an even bigger idiot than Biker has repeatedly shown himself to be to think Trump is somehow to blame.

And, in my opinion, the more powerful forces would either be institutional sexism or (possibly more likely, in my opinion) the nature of power itself.
