Does trying to live healthy make sense considering an imminent bird flu outbreak?

RE: Does trying to live healthy make sense considering an imminent bird flu outbreak?
There are people who stopped having a vegan diet because it was detrimental to their health. I am one of those people. My body felt great at first when having a vegan diet. But then, my body slowly started feeling drowsy and sick. Once I started eating meat and seafood again, my body felt much better. A vegan diet does not work safely for everyone. I have genes that prevent me from absorbing plant-based iron easily. Animal-based iron prevents me from feeling drowsy and sick. Without that animal-based iron, I start having health disorders. Having an omnivorous diet will protect my immune system better during this COVID pandemic.

Otherwise, yes. It would make sense to live healthily. Living healthily makes sense regardless of a bird flu outbreak. Because it can prevent health disorders that lead to mental health decline and possible physical injuries that lead to probably medical bills that lead to wasting money that could have been used for investing in making society wealthy in a self-controlled and healthy way, not in a hedonistically self-destructive way.

In addition to problems with iron absorption, it's possible that you also had a B deficiency.  It's hard to get it from non-animal sources.

Bold mine.

Hilarious

I have my moments, LOL
