The federal agencies are so brain damaged it will take major surgery to fix them. Congress clearly isn’t up to the task. We need new leadership in the White House.

I can’t think of anyone more qualified to clean up the mess and unite the country than RFK Jr.

So I’m putting together a Super PAC to encourage him to run for President on the Democratic side against Biden.

Idaho lawmakers introduce legislation to criminalize those who administer COVID vaccines

Two Idaho lawmakers have introduced a bill to charge those who administer mRNA vaccines with a misdemeanor.

Sen. Tammy Nichols, R-Middleton, and Rep. Judy Boyle, R-Midvale, sponsored HB 154. It was introduced in the House Health & Welfare Committee on Feb. 15 by Nichols. According to the bill text, "A person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state."

That person would then be charged with a misdemeanor.

Nichols said during her presentation to the committee, "We have issues (the vaccine) was fast tracked."

Nichols said there is no liability, informed consent or data on mRNA vaccines. She later clarified she was referring to the two COVID-19 vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna.

"I think there is a lot of information that comes out with concerns to blood clots and heart issues," Nichols said.

There are too few requirements for political office. Knowledge of the institutions of the <insert country here> and at least a nodding acquaintance with high school biology (don't get me started on a REAL list) should be required. I'm reminded of an interview of a public official who literally said, "You don't have to pass an IQ test to be a senator!". Quote is likely not exact; persons wanting to refute it are invited; I'm feeling lazy.

I think I mentioned before (I think it was some bill related to abortion that hinged on six impossible things happening before breakfast) that I believe that any bill proposed that has anything to do with science needs to be reviewed by someone who actually understands science.

Okay, new idea: no legislation relating to medical procedures may be brought to legislature without being vetted by the sort of doctors who would be affected by it. At the bare minimum, by the time it's introduced, any provisions that are not physically possible must be removed. It would also be nice if they had a say on moral issues, but clearly, a nation that can put a wrestling heel with over two dozen rape accusations against him in the White House after almost a year and a half to think it over is clearly not ready for such concepts as morality.

I've often felt that all democracies (not just the embarrassment that the one in the US has become) should have a basic test for voters. You walk into your voting booth and are presented with three basic civics questions of the level taught in high schools. Answer the questions correctly and the voting machine unlocks and you cast your ballot. Get even one wrong, and a klaxon sounds, a red light flashes, and you slink out of the polling place having just demonstrated that you are too woefully ignorant to have a voice in running the state.
