Blaming Chinese/ Chinese American travelers for the virus is par for the course as this is usually how things go. I mean, people on this very forum, hundreds of years later, are still ragging on white people for unknowingly bringing disease into other countries and pretty much calling white people a disease. This is just how things go.

It's a bit more complicated than that, dude. The majority of the (known) incidents of Europeans spreading disease to the native Americans appear to be accidental, although I strongly suspect that when it was accidental, I bet it wouldn't have made any difference to them if it was accidental or not. Also, I suspect that when it was accidental, it was like a far more serious version of this:
