Neither have you, apparently.
Quote:The available pharmacologic doses of fast-release melatonin (eg, 3 mg) and low-dose slow-release (or controlled) preparations (eg, 0.5 mg) tend to increase hormone levels over a 24-hour period, thus altering the circadian pattern of
circulating melatonin. Abnormally high melatonin levels at night and in the day after consumption of a pharmacologic dose of the hormone may disrupt the delicate mechanism of the circadian system and dissociate mutually
dependent circadian body rhythms, which is described in a recent study. Thus, if administered in high doses or at inappropriate times, melatonin may induce a circadian rhythm disorder rather than cure one.

Neither have you, apparently. I've taken melatonin hundreds of times. It's harmless.

That's simply false. You can learn some things from experience. This isn't one of them.
Since you missed my edit, I'll repeat the information:

That's simply false. See my prior post. You can learn some things from experience. This isn't one of them. Repeated melatonin use does not "disrupt your hormones" or whatever. I've taken it enough times to know it doesn't do that. I frequently take melatonin during the day, nowhere near bedtime, and I still sleep throughout the night.

You can't fix stupid!
I will repeat. You can't learn the above facts solely by experience, nor can they be disproven by experience. You've mistaken your shit for brains opinions for reason and fact.

Well how much of a "fact" is it really if it doesn't affect me personally. The word "fact" becomes meaningless at that point.

You're a moron. It, and the stupidity of what you're doing, remain a fact, regardless of your past experience. The word has the same meaning that it always has had. No more. No less.

Because it does affect you. I'm tempted to ask if you're really this stupid, but I know the answer to that question without even asking.
