Who is your Daemon?

Imagine that, like the His Dark Materials world, you have a spirit animal.
Unlike that universe, where the daemon decides for itself upon its final form, you get to choose here and now your personal spirit animal. What is it?

I'm going with a Marlin for my spirit animal; I even have two tattooed on my leg. I have always felt close to the blue marlin but till now didn't know it could be my spirit animal.

During my third tour in Vietnam, I participated in a sweat lodge ceremony with a fellow soldier who was a Native American (Cheyenne). I experienced a vision in which I discovered my spirit animal, a Great Horned Owl.
