Or the PNC could just be our limited perception of a manifest aspect of God.

The PNC plays no role here, so it's not clear why you think your reply is even relevant.

It always impresses me that people can devote their lives to a phenomenon of which they have only ‘limited perception’.

According to their own scriptures, god is a genocidal, misogynistic, celestial dictator.

Why wouldn't he create people like him on Earth,?

That is  an  amazing concept and is generally so profound self progression is all possible in the imagination and capturable in sense of well being and structure.
An can also be done easily like in the perhaps you think I am imagining my variation of ultimatum then that is exactly what is in that spark of mind and capturable in progression still with instilling the mind. I've done it for years and years, mind sculpting and collecting textures and so forth it is fantastic.

And in my deepest grief I feel the abursurdity of existence acutely. IMHO there are reasonable ways to ponder the problem, such as Liebnitz's "Best of All Possible Worlds" defense, weak sauce tho it may be. Personally, I accept that creation must be imperfect since God alone can be perfect. But one does wonder why it must still be so miserable.

God is not creating another god. I don't buy this.
If he really is omnipotent then it's creation should be / will be as perfect as he wants it,
unless this god is bound by the laws of Reality, and then it's not omnipotent, (nor the creator of Reality).
Why would it create an imperfect creation, or have created a Realty that limits it's powers ?

There is no coherent definition of a god,
AND according to Christian theology, their god can make a perfect human if it wants to ... preternatural Adam and Eve, (before the "fall"), and the mother of Jesus.

As humans progress , the notion of "gods" will appear more and more anachronistic and preposterous.
If there were such a being, it would not almost 100 % be rooted in anthropomorphic concepts.

It sucked to be religious. Because you have to live with cognitive dissonance.

It sucks to be atheist. Because you have to accept psychological discomfort.

I dont think there's a way out of it.

Maybe this really is as good as it gets, given a gods particular abilities.  Some problems, in this view, are simply intractable...even for a god.  That does raise a question.  Why don't we worship the very best people just as we worship gods?  Whatever it is they cant do, whatever supposed failing they have that makes them unsuitable for worship (especially to the monotheistic and anti-idolatrist eye) are simply not their responsibility and beyond any reasonable expectation.  So what gives?  Why worship gods despite their fundamental inabilities while rejecting the worship of man for the same reason?

If a perfect creation is an impossibility, then I would argue "so is a perfect god".

Feel free spell that out sometime.
