What do you like to collect?

I just joined this forum a couple of weeks ago, and I was wondering what other members like to collect? Everybody has something that interests them and/or they like to collect. I'm a member of another Atheist forum, and have been for years, but questions like this have gotten very little response. They're much more interested in debating christians who'd dare post anything there, which is fine.

One thread on that site between themselves and a couple of believers has just gone over a thousand responses, and it's nothing but the same arguments going back and forth for weeks now. Boring.

I'm a member of this forum to hopefully connect with a few other atheists who have some of the same interests I have. I'm and old geezer(64), retired on permanent disability since 2015, and have been married to a devout christian for over 40 years(41 in July).
We have 2 kids, also devout believers, and 4 grandkids aged 15 to 4 years old. Our kid's spouse's both came from the same church they've attended, so I'm completely outnumbered here, but we make it work, somehow.

I'm a lifetime Atheist who loves music, so I have a decent sized collection of CDs, 99% of which is Metal. Everything from Floyd to Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, old Metallica, Megadeth, to Motorhead and RUSH. My preferred genre of metal for the past 20 years now is Black Metal and Death Metal.

I collect concert shirts from the shows I've been to in the past 4 decades+. I also collect Halloween, horror, and heretical shirts, which I've worn every day since then. I probably have at least 150 shirts, 99.9% of which are black.

I also like to collect Halloween items, horror literature and movies, and history and occult literature.

I'm also an old gear head, I love American cars and trucks, and muscle cars. I also collect die cast cars(hot wheels, match box, etc) with our only grandson, he thinks they're pretty cool.

Anybody else collect anything cool that they like?

I don't collect anything. Just the other day I was thinking about how I feel better with less stuff around me.

I'd say. That is interesting how you as a lifelong atheist and a metalhead are married to a devout Christian. Doesn't she see you as satanic with all that heavy and death metal stuff around?

Definitely, we've argued and fought about it for decades until we finally agreed to disagree on the subject. When we got married, she wasn't religious at all. But after our son was born in '83, she started going to church and decided she wanted to become a christian and raise our kids in the church. I told her to leave me out of it, and we fought about it all the time.
She knows that I'm an atheist and hates my choices when it comes to music, movies, books, even my shirt collection, but we've found a way to make it work. I'm also heavily tattooed, and most of it would be considered Satanic or occult by most theists. I've been this way for decades, I've lived in shorts and t-shirts for as long as we've been together.
I had to wear a uniform for the last 25 years that I worked, so it was never a problem with my employer.
