Why are there so many gods who preceed the existence of your god, even though the very first commandment strickly forbids such actions?

How are you going to execute the rapists before they commit a rape that results in pregnancy?

If people who would normally commit these actions would know that they would be executed when they were caught, many of them would simply never do the crime to begin with, its an effective method that works to prevent heinous crime. Naturally it won't stop ALL of them, but it will stop MOST of them. Even then, I think that the unborn child should be let alone, why not let at least one blessing arise from a tragedy? Even if the mother does not want to keep the child, what a greater show of respect it is to life to let such a child live and not let the actions of the rapist father in this case spell his own demise.

Capital punishment has never actually worked as a deterrent for any crime for which it has been used as a punishment. Too bad historical precedent completely disagrees with your erroneous assessment.

Having Human DNA is Relevant because if it has Human DNA then it is a Human Being separate from its Mother, and therefore is given rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. So yes it has been granted these rights to grow inside the womb where it was conceived, because it is a human being and we can prove that by testing its DNA which is why the DNA is very relevant but you would rather sweep that under the rug because it is an inconvenience for you. I can't help but notice that no one else bothered even replying to the post because they couldn't come up with a logical response to what I proposed and instead chose to ignore it entirely.
Your flagrant disregard for women and children are in full display, that you would ask them to desecrate the purity of the Temple of their body by shedding blood in the Holy of Holies, that you have no regard or respect to view the body as something Sacred, let then blood flow in your life that you sought to advocate that blood should be spilled in the Temple, for you advocate for death of the innocents and you advocate for clemency for the depraved.
