Blew up a Russian (Sov) city of 500 million people... ...with their own missiles. Ordered the nuking of several other cities (combined population 2 billion) when those cities were overrun during a zombie apocalypse (shitty story, but it's Dredd canon, so...) Stopped an alien invasion of Earth single-handedly by challenging the alien champion to single combat (the aliens were only 2 inches tall and didn't realise the size difference).
