No, I do not believe in reincarnation. 

Once your brain dies, you die, you were not alive before you were born, your consciousness was not alive either. After your brain dies, no more you. 

Our bodies recycle atoms throughout our lives, but a single atom is not structured like an entire in tact living brain, so it cannot function like an in tact living brain.
