Seems to me the simple calculation would be (4/3 pi (r + d) ^ 3) - (4/3 pi r ^ 3) Where r = radius of the earth at sea level and d is the additional depth of the water. RE: The Noahide Flood

Approximating the volume of a 6-8km thick shell on the outside of a large ~12000km sphere as the surface area of the sphere times the thickness of the shell will get you to within 0.2% of the true answer. The irregular shape of the terrain on the surface of the sphere will have a larger impact.
