My big present this year is a new iPad. It's the ninth generation, and it has a capacity of 256 gig. I've been using my iPad Air 2 for 9 years, and upon realising this, Dad figured I should probably get something that's still supported by Apple. I haven't used it yet, but that's because I have yet to set it up, and there's two things I need to do:
1) Back up my old iPad so I can transfer what I can to the new one, because Frankly, I need to maintain some continuity.
2) Get a new case for it. The way I use my iPad, a case (a folio case with a stand and handles) is kind of important. And I can't use one of the old ones because the Air 2 is smaller than the newer models. Fortunately, one is on its way, and may even arrive today.

That said, these things might be completed by this afternoon.
