They're threatening to kick him out. I've had schoolmates who were thrown out of the house for less (or more, though I consider religion to be a piss-poor excuse to abandon your child.)
At this point, Baron, I'd almost call their bluff. How will it look on THEM in the community's eyes to throw a minor out of the house?
Also, start looking for another job NOW. One your parents have no access to and your sister can't influence.

He's 18 now. They can make him leave if they want to. Though it is pretty shitty of them to threaten to kick him out one month from graduation.
