Do you use "speak to text"?
Thinking about going that route instead of typing everything out. Wonder if it's available for forum posting, too.

Given my handicap, I've experimented with it, but my experience has been that it's more trouble than it's worth.

Makes me wonder if the function makes people realize they're mispronouncing words or if it just doesn't register with them.

Because, you know, some people say "ask" and it comes out as "axe". Or "volume" as "valium".

Computers are great at things that translate to math and logic easily but things like speech recognition are a very tall order. I find it very impressive that it works as well as it does.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.
