Just because big business moves away doesn't mean it is all over -- in fact, it is the best time to start up and fill in the niche. If you've talent, you can compete.
Yeah, people do get subsidies for starting companies, but unfortunately my country is filled with people without enterprising skills. We're not creative or daring enough..
