RE: Question for freethinkers

Using flawed reasoning to reference something beyond comprehension
is rather difficult. I have always wondered why He simply did not give
us greater mental capability to understand Him. Would make perfect
sense. Instead we have to wrestle with meta physics, which is hard
at the best of times. Is almost as if He does not care or even exist.

Absolutely, yes. It's the ultimate expression of the concept.
"Anthropomorphism; an interpretation of what is not human or personal in terms of human or personal characteristic"-Websters
What are we doing when we propose that the cosmos itself has a will, or desires? That it watches us; saves or punishes us. That it has emotions like love. Every description of every deity ever offered by anyone in all time has been an expression of some part of ourselves. Is there a better word for any of this?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom.
