An Inconvenient Question(s)
#71
RE: An Inconvenient Question(s)
Well, well, well, sounds like somebody got a little angry, didn't they? In response to that naughty bit of rage, I have a nice parcel of logic-infused wisdom to give to you:
Islam is a relatively new religion, in as much as it was officially(according to delusional religious people) made up after the Torah and Bible were written. Also, there wasn't much of it in any of the important countries that were involved in global events, until roughly the 1900s. Therefore the people who practiced it were able to make up their barbaric customs and not really be influenced by people with other ways of thinking. Islam has decayed far more slowly then most other religions because of this. All these terrorists and death proclamations and psychopathic hatred of Israel and circumcision and hared of women and hatred of Jews is just the Muslim version of the Crusades and Inquisition and anti-semitism. However, I think Islam is more dangerous than other religions for the simple fact that it is the only religion who is practicing ALL those dispisable things I mentioned, it is practising them to a great degree, and it is doing these things in the twenty first century.

There, HeyItsZues, does that anwer your question? I do hope it does, but in the event that this turns into a large argument, I ensure you that I beg for some politeness in your next post.

In the meantime...
Rayaan has sent me what essentially amounts to a "I want to get out of this argument so I'll make some rediculous request letter that you won't listen to so I'll use that as an excuse to avoid this thread. Not to mention my feelings get hurt when everybody doesnt put on rose-slathered glasses when they look at me." message. Here it is:

Dear Atheist Jew,

I have already sent you a PM earlier but you didn't reply to it. So, I'm sending you another message, to tell you that I have deleted your rating. And I would like you to do the same.

I am not going to reply to you anymore, until you delete the rating, because that is an insult to me.

You can insult me in a thread, and you can copy-and-paste the rating onto the thread itself, but I don't want to have any insults on my profile. Just do it in the threads if you want to insult me. You can do it there as much as you like, but please, I'm requesting that you delete the rating from my profile. If you delete it, only then I'm willing to discuss with you in the thread that you made. Otherwise, I don't want to continue the debate.

- Rayaan

He seems to forget that I already deleted my rating from his profile, what amazing luck.

If you've deleted his rating then shut the fuck up about it. All you are doing is carrying on something which has already been delt with by a moderator. Stop stirring shit, if he wants to respond it's his right to decide whether to or not. Not yours.

If you wanted people to take this thread seriously maybe you should give people the respect they deserve. Currently you're whining like a little girl whenever someone who has an opinion different to yours responds to your thread. Makes me wonder why you even bothered in the first place, because your attitude at this point in time is only making people NOT want to post in this thread.

That's bad etiquette AtheistJew posting a private message.

Alternately... we could have tickled him Smile

I'm with fr0d0 though... only post a PM if either both parties agree to it or it is requested by a mod (as if a certain someone needs it (still bitter)) Tiger

Otherwise it's foul play.

Edit: not to mention that Rayaan was completely reasonable in that PM.

Yeah, I've been whining to you as well, but not as much as you, because you're trying to make this a bigger issue by posting the PM in a thread. I straightened myself out after reading tackattack's warning, and I deleted your rating, and I told you to do the same so that we can be fair to each other (if you want to). But either way, I would have forgotten about this sooner or later. I know that life is not always going to be fair.

As for continuing the debate, I don't want to do that anymore, because you didn't like anything that I said just because you don't agree with me.

I have already answered your questions one by one. But those are not good enough for you, unfortunately, because you're looking for perfect 100% accurate and undisprovable answers which is almost impossible for a topic like this. Also, I'd rather not answer the same questions again because I don't want to repeat myself too many times. It's just going to be a waste of my time. We can move onto something else, though. Smile

Logic itself is circular... proof based on logic is necessarily accepted on faith. All "proof" is subjectively decided on an individual's faith in its truth. An undisprovable answer is therefore impossible for any topic whatsoever.

Other than that... with you.

I agree with you also ...

I meant to say something like "irrefutable" or "factual" answers, as opposed to "undisprovable" answers, but sometimes the right words don't come to my mind for some reason. Sad
