Merging some forums

I'm trying to make the homepage more organised by moving some forums around and merging others. One obvious merge would be the "History" and "Politics" forum as the two are the least used forums and you can also relate them quite closely.

We could simply delete the History forum (as it has 4 threads) but I think it would be better to merge it. Please vote in the poll on what you want to be done.
