Well not smoking anything now, but I have Arturo Fuentes (probably not good since I bought them in 2008) and Black and Milds from 2010. I want to swing down to Tijuana and pick up a hookah...great times with the roommates was watching Family Guy while smoking hookah. Have not smoked that stuff since I graduated college....none of my post-college friends smoked...they weren't big drinkers either come to think of it.

Never heard of it, but I don't think so. Arturo Fuentes are basically Cubans without it being in Cuba from what I have heard.

Indica puts me right to sleep. I'm all about that sativa.

Well, the previous one before that (and my favorite) was SG AK-47 (THC 21.4% CBD 0.4% CBN 0.1% (Sativa)). Though I'll never forget the haze that 25%'er Fire Kush gave. Half Life 2 was never so immersive.

The second and last time I smoked weed was 1978.*
The experience for me (but not my brother and my girlfriend who shared the massive cone) was like descriptions I've read of magic mushroom trips; EG I saw giant books, which I'd read;the characters stepped out of them. Weird colour swirls--threw up---the trip lasted 12 hours. It was not a happy experience.
I concluded I'm probably allergic to weed. A dope head mate told me it's because I'm a control freak, and could not 'let go',and fought the drug. Didn't bother again.

*Fist time was 1969,when I was living in Malaysia; Buddha sticks were $1.00 local (29.3 cents) My mates got stoned. Me; nothing, nada, zip,but I did feel a bit peckish.

Once again, that doesn't sound like weed.
For one thing, only in the last 10 years has marijuana cultivation produced 15% and above THC weed.
If anything, sounds like your weed was adulterated, most likely with a more severe psychoactive. My hazard is PCP, which when combined with marijuana to stabilize and shape the trip, induced the sedative and dissociative effect.
Recall that PCP is classed as a dissociative -- if you've ever been to the dentists and had laughing gas (Nos), you have no doubt experienced a very fast degrading dissociative high.
So no, you're not allergic to weed. You can't be - you might be allergic to the thiol compounds that make it smell like a skunk, but then again, you'd be allergic to skunk smells. I've never heard of a THC/cannabinoid allergy, because such an allergy would no doubt be fatal -- your body produces endocannabinoids of a slightly different but similar form to the cannibinoids in cannabis naturally when you relax. Allergies, however, have a tendency of being broadly reactive to the active site of an allergen -- an active site that is consistent between marijuana cannabinoids and mammalian endocannabinoids.

From my personal experience, the closest I ever got to 'touching' a ray of quanta on a beautiful snowed in Mammoth day, was with Fire Kush, alcohol and three noss whippits. The Noss was no doubt responsible for my hallucination. But, I did "touch the universe" -- and it felt wonderful.
