I'm trying to get a project off the ground, but I'm not that good at coding for the web. I can handle myself ok in PHP, HTML, CSS, etc but I wouldn't call myself "great". I'm more "average / good".
Anyway, I thought I'd ask here since I need people I can trust to get involved and not just run off with the project and do it themselves; I'll probably ask you to sign some sort of contract anyway, but it's nice if you sorta know the people you will work with before you start working with them.
I'm not looking for purely PHP devs either. Any web language will do as long as it integrates with databases (preferably Postgresql) and can be coded to a decent standard. JavaScript knowledge is a plus, as is AJAX, CSS, XHTML (or HTML5). Really though I need someone to do the backend stuff.
