Firstly, we don't have to wait, christianity dug it's own grave thousands of years ago.

Atheists make plenty of claims, and we test them over and over and over. (I'm speaking specifically about counter-claims to evidentialism)

Believers, to their credit, were saddled with these problems, they didn't invent them. Which is exactly why I continue to respond to your questions. I'm not blaming you for the thornier issues of your faith, I'm giving you reason to question them. I can defend my stance on anything you like, anytime. You need only ask.

But I won't humor you, is this so hard to understand. I do not wish to be the thing that you are asking me to imagine being because to me it is the most horrible thing I could possibly imagine. If I knew that a criminal would continue committing crime, how the hell would I know? It's a meaningless question CRod that you have extrapolated to somehow have something to say about god, but it doesn't. It's an empty question. Name a crime and I'll look up a statute.

I've given you my answer, I would deal with how to punish a criminal in accordance with the statute that determines the parameters. This is how modern, civilized (debatable) human beings punish crime. Is there something about this that you disagree with?

That is what is said with all that omni stuff.
I think that humans judging other humans is flawed, but our society does a cracker jack job of it.
Take the Casey Anthony case for example. Somebody committed that crime, be it the Casey, the father, or a complete stranger.(i think they proved she was murdered). They tried to convict Casey but failed yet there is no justice for the because the truth is unknown. Why doesn't the one that committed the crime come forward?

But you answered, kinda, the question in a form of a question. Would you restrict someone's choice and desire or would you allow them to prove their worth? A perfect lawgiver would allow ones to prove their worth then remove those that fail. Now, Do you believe all criminals can be reformed or would you let a series of events(time) prove to you the ones that can?

No, I'm pointing out to you that if an all-knowing lawgiver were in the punishment business he wouldn't even have to wait for the criminal to be born. What exactly is he waiting on, are they going to prove him wrong? Immorality of inaction my friend. It also absolutely annihilates the idea of free will. Oh sure it may seem like free will to you, but if it was already known to an all-knowing being it was predetermined. If you could prove an all-knowing being wrong he wouldn't be all-knowing. The whole idea of heavenly laws and punishment handed down by an all-knowing being becomes a joke. Just going through the motions. Born to burn.

My point exactly.
Its kinda like: its red vs blue, im in the red and winning. Now(because there losing), im gonna switch to the blue. Given the circumstance and overall significance of logic, i cant but feel that a fair reason. Devils advocate kinda thing but serious about the overall gain from the actual discourse or time used or even challenge.
