I got an email from the board...

...Saying that I haven't posted anything here so here iam. I registered a while ago looking for somwhere I can just be myself. Iam deconverted from devout christianity to atheism. Darwinism makes a lot more sense than intelligent design and for a while I struggled with not believing in god and being convinced that I was damned to hell for questioning my faith. I hope to learn more about evolution and the science behind it and I just want a place were I'm not preached at and not constantly beiing told that iam going to hell because I'm a non believer.
I tend to read more than I post so you'll mostly see me lurking around the boards rather than posting.

Wow, so many reples already! Thankyou for the welcomes, this does seem like a nice place. Off to bed now since I have work in the morning so ill see you all around.

I had the same fear of hell when i de converted. Still do honestly but i always remember i wouldnt want to spend an eternity with a being who tortures people for their beliefs anyway. But welcome! Im new here myself but still i can say welcome. Right?
