Specifically the fault is apathetic society through greedy government in which the needs of the people have long been forgotten and as it gets more and more out of hand, as it always does, it will eventually fix itself. How many nations on the face of this earth have replaced the previous government? And how many of those replaced their predecessors? And so on. They are all doomed.
