I just think you are being ageist...
And you say that we don't understand the time you grew up in... I just think that perhaps you are stuck in the past and can't deal that things change... For better or worse.

I do not recall anyone laying blame on the younger generation. Specifically the fault is apathetic society through greedy government in which the needs of the people have long been forgotten and as it gets more and more out of hand, as it always does, it will eventually fix itself.
How many nations on the face of this earth have replaced the previous government? And how many of those replaced their predecessors? And so on. They are all doomed.

I just put it in simpler terms.......... People are assholes. Deal with it.
