Arrested for selling lemonade?

WHAT was the point of THAT?

Trying that here outside our Parliament House in Canberra would be an excellent way to (a) get your camera shoved up your arse (b) get tasered © spend the night in cell a with a 300lb gay biker called "Tree Trunk".

Charges? No charges. That would be just for pissing off the police and for wasting their time. Doing such a dumb thing in Queensland (known here as "The Deep North) doesn't bear thinking about.

Oh, here we call that beverage they were selling 'lemon squash'. Lemonade is clear and has aerated water. It's vaguely like 7-Up.

WHAT was the point of THAT?

Agreed. It wasn't like they were getting arrested for selling lemonade at the end of their driveway ... they were on the lawn of the Capitol building in a place where heightened security is not only a regular practice but well understood by the local citizens.

Their generic slogan was, "Lemonade for Freedom" and they were selling it for 10cents. This tells me that they clearly wanted to get arrested in order to make some kind of point, and I'm not even sure that even they knew exactly what message they were trying to convey.

The only message that I glean from their silly video is this: I'm being WAY overcharged for lemons here in Michigan!
