Tapatalk?

So I've been trying to find out exactly what the benefits if tapatalk are and I can't seem to get any answers. So what exactly does tapatalk do besides optimize speed, and if my mobile device runs the full version if this forum just fine, is it worth getting?

Doesn't seem to be. The mobile version of the site works extraordinarily well on my Pre, and the full version is only a smidge slower.

Wondering about it too. Seems to just make things easier - gives more thorough access and management.

Tapatalk is acc what I found this forum on. I love it. One of the very few things I don't regret buying in the app store. If you have questions ask and I'll do my best to answer.

The problem with most mobile versions of forums is that they may look great on one mobile device, they look terrible on another, because of differences in the browser and so on. Tapatalk solves this problem by having a single interface for all forums that support Tapatalk. In the end it saves the need for admins and/or forum makers to have yet another template to maintain.
For me it is very useful because I automatically get pm's straight to my tablet, I see updates of subbed topics in real time, and I have one program to keep track of all my favorite forums.

So if my tablet runs the full version just fine, is there any reason to consider getting it?
