Where's the button to change the time?

I'm getting severe jet lag here, as well as a headache not knowing the time of the posts, so can you please tell me where I left that option that asked me to change it? Thanks.

And, while I'm here, is there any way to get rid of these smileys to the left of this box I'm typing in? They are really getting to me and I'd love to be able to hide them. Is that possible?
