God knows he's the highest power if he knows that he is God. How couldn't he? And you didn't explain how omni = not quite omni. How does omni =/= unlimited?
I am not trying to make an argument about metaphysics here. This says nothing about whether god exists, or can exist, or whether the concept is even incoherent. it is an exploration of what attitudes you could assign to such a being.
I haven't made any claim that omni = not quite omni? At least if I have it has passed by me unnoticed, so if you could point out that post and i'll gladly clarify.
However you have made a claim that gods powers reach some limit but didn't explain that. I do not understand the point you are making. Can you clarify.
