Vapes smell a little bit, but nowhere close to the smelliness of actually burning the material.

I've never tried snuff, but I've vaped a few times and it is enjoyable. My problem is that vaping is not convenient enough for me, and I like the physical act of smoking ... the inhale, the exhale ... love it. As for the smell - I hate the smell of cigarettes, but I love the smell of freshly lit joint/bowl. Campfires and weed ablaze are two of my favorite scents (among many).

But obviously, everything "medicinal" is very subjective.
