I'm trying to find a decent online poker site to start a private table. I'll report back when it's set up and we can decide on a time.

Ok, the Pokerstars.net app looks very good. It works through Wine as well so I can play through Linux. All we need to do now is to set a date and time
Then I also will become a member there. I will do that today or tomorrow, probably today.
So how many exactly want to play? Maybe we should have a list to sign up or something (April 17, 2009 at 12:07 am)Tiberius Wrote: Ok, the Pokerstars.net app looks very good. That is why I usually play on partypoker.net with the flash client.

Got pokerstars, I'm in.
I love Texas Hold'Em. I played on Partypoker with the $10 buy in NL Hold 'em tournies - I had $222 and I trippled my money...
Its easy to make money from fish at low stakes though.... - if you have a big enough stack in relation to the blinds and buy-in. So I could easily suck and I haven't played regularly in ages. I will download pokerstars too. Anyone want to suggest a time?
I removed and re-installed Wine, downloaded the latest pokerstars.net client and it seems to work. I just played a few quick rounds.
Does pokerstars have a method of setting up a table for invites or friends only?
