That's a pretty massive "if". Trayvon was standing, sheltering from the rain. Zimmerman swept past that spot and immediately rang to report him. Not a word was said on the phone about him doing what you just said.
Earlier in this thread, someone described Zimmerman as having 2 black eyes and looking like he'd undergone an attack of great fury. Then I saw this. With the staining washed off of the back of his head, the full totality of his injuries are incredibly minimal. And he was screaming for help like a little girl before he murdered Trayvon.
How can you argue anything if you do not know the facts of the case? It not an if it was in George's account of what happened.

Once you fell off you bike it was over. After George face was smashed in that monster started to smash his head into the pavement. George exhibited incredible restraint to wait so long before putting an end to his attackers efforts.
