It's just not worth it, not for me If it was the cost of a cellphone bill like Obama said and apprarently lied then i would say WTF why not even though i never wil go to a doctor. That article in the paper said of a person making 32.000 after premium, deductable and co-pays he would be spending 20% of his income. you thinking is that it is worth it I say it's too much.

That actually sounds more reasonable. If the penalty is less than the health care coverage, I can understand paying it. That being said, there are a couple of other things to watch out for.
1) Check the prices ON THE MARKET PLACE WEBSITE! I can't emphasize this enough. I've heard those stories about people losing insurance and being told to get a new plan that's three times as expensive. I've also heard of those same people going over to the marketplace and finding a plan there that's far less than what their cancelation letter suggested. Truth is, I'm not likely to trust health insurance companies and I'm more than willing to believe that they'll screw over the people they think they can fool.
2) Dependig on your state, they've also expanded medicare/medicaid so it may be easier to qualify for that. Part of the plan is to make sure everyone can have health insurance and if you can't afford it, they help you. The only problem is, the federal government forcibly expanding state medicare is the one part of the bill that the supreme court struck down and the Republican governored states all seem to be dumping it.
