Well if rare =/= normal then it's not normal.
What I think is important is where you draw the line between normal desires and harmful desires.
Because some people are born with desires to cut off their limbs(it's a brain condition which does exist and rare).
Should we allow them to amputate their limbs? Or maybe try to remove the condition from their brains?
They might be happy if they have no limbs or they might not. They might regret it later.
Cause transgenderism usually involves surgery which is more serious matter than 2 gay people fucking each other.
So I'm not sure what I should call this thing and if it should be encouraged or not.
