Just about the same thing as the impact of concealed carry law upon crime rate, which is to say nothing.
The only difference is a greater porportion of the unchanged total number of rapes will be conducted either with the rapist pointing a gun at the victim's head, or by the rapist knocking the woman about more severely to disarm or disable her ahead of time.
I believe there is a chinese saying, often attribute to confusius, to the effect of "the cunning and villiany of criminals can always be expected to advance a mile in response to each foot of progress made in the effort to fight the crime without addressing the causes of the crime".
